Dear Diary
I’ve come to this conclusion these days: we live constantly in our mind, which is actually totally biased with beliefs coming from the past and cannot be reliable in terms of perception of reality. Nevertheless we never question it. Even the few people that are vaguely aware of it or give it the chance that it could actually be that way, never stop to observe the phenomenon. They just live by it. I might say that, because I’m the first one that could have been quite receptive to this, since a long long time. But it never occurred to me to consider what’s happening in my mind like some sorts of habits that at the end of the day condition my outcomes and my health, in a way no different from some typical bad habits such as smoking or drinking or whatever. Given that, I might ask myself: “what could be then, an example of a healthy habit to take in our mind?”
