Dear Diary, Yesterday, I suffered an injury at the gym – a bout of lower back pain, which has been a recurring issue for me. I suspect it’s largely due to the extended hours I spend sitting in front of my computer, working and studying. However, I can’t help but question if I might be pushing myself too hard, which could have resulted in this injury. It’s worth considering if my drive to overachieve could be affecting my physical well-being. Interestingly, at the same time, I found myself interacting with a person who seems to trigger my insecurities. I’m beginning to wonder if this emotional turmoil could somehow be exacerbating my physical ailments, such as my back problems. It’s a puzzling correlation that I’m inclined to explore further. I’m sure my physical and emotional health are intertwined, but I’ve never related back pain with triggered insecurities before.
