Mindset Management and Emotional Resilience

Human Avatar

Dear Universe,

Today, I’m grateful that I managed to avoid falling into my worst mindsets. It seems there were a couple of instances where I might have succumbed to grievances in the past, but that didn’t happen this time. Negative thoughts might always be there, lurking, but today I must have chosen not to believe in them. I must have chosen to be open to the possibility of things being different. I don’t want to deceive myself, and I’m not entirely certain about what I’m expressing. However, this is what I feel may have occurred today.
