Dear Diary,
Last night, I experienced a poignant dream about my father, who passed away 13 years ago. As with most dreams, the details are somewhat hazy, but there’s one part that stands out vividly. I remember being arm in arm with my father and repeatedly telling him, “I miss you, I miss you, I miss you.”
From what I can recall, I was deeply moved in the dream, perhaps to the point of tears. It felt like a cathartic moment. It’s moments like these that remind me that there are still emotions related to my father’s passing lingering just beneath the surface of my consciousness. This dream seemed to be a way for those feelings to find expression, offering possibly a sense of release and acknowledgment of the ongoing impact of his absence in my life.
